二沙湾炮台又名海门天险，因古堡石门上刻有“海门天险”而以此称，位在基隆市中正公园、三沙湾及民族英雄墓附近。此砲台为传统中国式炮台建筑，于1841年便已存在，今日規模为1884年时台湾巡抚刘铭传所修筑，深具历史价值。
